Online Meeting Held for “Empowering Adults with Disabilities with Flowers Made from Waste”
Austria coordinated an online Erasmus+ task-distribution meeting with partners from Türkiye, Poland and Romania, aligning goals and assigning key project roles.
On 11 December 2025, KICK (Austria) coordinated an online meeting for the Erasmus+ KA210-ADU project "Empowering Adults with Disabilities with Flowers Made from Waste," bringing together partners from Türkiye (ARTİKA), Poland (Fundacja GAMA) and Romania (Asociația Zona Integrare Europeana).
The meeting focused on distributing tasks and responsibilities among the four partner organisations. Key project roles were assigned: KICK (Austria) as quality monitoring officer, ARTİKA (Türkiye) as dissemination officer overseeing the website, EPALE and social media, Fundacja GAMA (Poland) as survey coordinator, and AZIE (Romania) chairing the committee that will prepare a risk-prevention plan at the first in-person meeting.
Partners also discussed the communication framework for the project, agreeing to hold monthly online meetings and to use a dedicated social media group to coordinate activities throughout the 20-month partnership.
The meeting marked an important step in preparing for the project's first major activity — "Grouping and Design for Recycling Waste" — to be hosted by AZIE in Buzau, Romania in February 2026.
